Eric Stockton is a freelance musician and educator living in the borough of Queens in New York City. Most recently he has been working as a guitar sub for the musical revival of Godspell on Broadway and for the beloved Big Apple Circus. Eric performs as a sideman for many talented musical artists in NYC. In 2010 Eric released his first solo album of his own original music titled roots. On occasion you can find Eric performing an acoustic set of this music in venues around NYC.
Eric is available for tours, recording and performances for hire including music for your special private event or at your eating and drinking establishment. He performs with a wide variety of musicians who are able to provide just the right sound and atmosphere you’re looking for.
Eric also has nearly twenty years experience as a professional guitar instructor and is currently available for private lessons.
